I am an Engineer turned Design Researcher. I apply a systems-thinking perspective to understand how people use products and services, leading with data-driven insights. Having spent over four years researching and understanding users, I have a deep understanding of e-commerce and product metrics, solving growth and engagement challenges across Europe and India. I leverage my combined experience as a software developer and a researcher to dig deeper into context, real user needs and systemic inefficiencies.
